Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract required. All paid plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. We also offer annual billing at a 20% discount for contractors who want to lock in savings.
What are leads and how do they work?
Leads are homeowners who submit a quote request through our directory. Shared leads are sent to 3-5 contractors. Exclusive leads are sent to only one contractor. Paid plans include free leads each month, and additional leads can be purchased as credits.
How is the Elite slot limited?
There is only one Elite slot available per trade per city. This guarantees the Elite contractor holds the #1 position in their market. If the slot in your city is taken, you can join the waitlist to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I get the Verified badge?
When you sign up for Verified Pro or higher, we verify your contractor license with your state licensing board. Once confirmed, the Verified badge appears on your listing within 24-48 hours.
What if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Featured Pro plan. If you are not seeing value, you can downgrade before being charged. For Verified Pro, you can cancel at any time with no penalties.
