Dennis came out and fixed our outlet explained what was wrong.He was on time and did a wonderful job a real nice man. I found Bates on the internet excellent service very happy with them.

Had them come out to our location in Chicago, charging me $181.25 just to come onsite to quote a job. They came out, walked the site and got the info needed, and left. Never got a quote back. I follow...
